Western Iceland's beautifully-rugged Snaefellsnes Peninsula is blessed with two of the natural world's most impressive phenomena: groups of orca and the celestial aurora. Sweden’s Icehotel is an architectural marvel. Designed and re-created each year by an international team of artists, no two Icehotel’s have been the same.
Each year, these artists design and build the hotel’s famous Art Suites from the frozen waters of the nearby Torne River.
